Voice Dialogue
Self acceptance, consciousness and meaning
As a coach I use different techniques. But I always work from the ideas of The Psychology of Selves by Hal and Sidra Stone, Daring Greatly by Brené Brown and Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg.
What I like in these methods is the lack of judgment and finding what is already there instead of looking for what is missing.

Voice Dialogue
Voice dialogue is a method to become engaged with your inner voices. The method is develloped by the American psychologists Hal and Sidra Stone and is based on the psychological theory The Psychology of Selves.
Its vantage point is the idea that as a human being you are not just one person, but you consist of several sub-persona’s or selves.
The ultimate goal is to understand yourself better, o give you more choices and enable you to consciously control your own actions.
